Great stay with awesome breakfast!

I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for three nights during the MEA break. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options and freshly made waffles that my kids loved. The pool area was enjoyable, giving us a nice spot to relax after our family outings. However, the room could have benefited from better temperature control and regular cleaning services.

I enjoyed the cozy vibe of the pool area. The indoor pool had real plants and was a great spot for family fun. Breakfast each morning was decent with a wide variety but cleanliness in the dining area needed more attention. I did find hair in the French toast, which was off-putting. The service was a mixed bag. the front desk staff was not particularly friendly at check-in, but got a bit better the second day. The hot tub was accessible but there were too many kids using it at times, which made it hard to enjoy. One big downside was the cleanliness of our room upon arrival. It felt like it hadn’t been cleaned properly, which was disappointing. Overall, the unique decor added a nice touch, but I wish there were better staff presence around the pool and dining area to manage things.

Perfect for families looking to unwind

The staff was friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. Plus, our room had this nice layout that worked perfectly for my family of 4, great for keeping an eye on the kids while they swam.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but still reasonable for what we got.

Check-in was smooth and staff managed the process efficiently. Free breakfast included a delightful assortment that kept me satisfied each morning. However, the noise from the pool and hot tub was disruptive, making it hard to relax in my room. While the bed was comfortable, the ambient noise from children running about was rather intrusive, detracting from the stay.

The amenities were perfect for our family! The poolside area kept the kids entertained for hours, and breakfast had a fantastic variety that everyone enjoyed. The room was spacious enough for all five of us, and the staff was accommodating during our stay.

We had a good time! The breakfast spread was incredible with mini waffles galore, and the pool was a blast for the kids. However, our bathroom door was rough around the edges.

Clean rooms were a plus, but the breakfast area was chaotic with kids touching food.

The indoor pool area was stunning with real plants. The pool was a great place for family fun. Loved the unique decor and the gift shop offered great snacks. Plus, there were complimentary cocktails which was a nice touch!

The hotel was better than expected with friendly staff and a nice breakfast selection, although the noise from slamming doors and rowdy guests detracted from the experience. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable spot, but some cleanliness and safety concerns were noted.
